Manufacturing process

White wine process with medium maceration. The ethyl alcohol is subsequently extracted using a sophisticated method that greatly respects the nature of the product.

Prepared with Verdejo-variety grapes. No ageing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.


Tasting Notes


Appearance: pale, yellow straw colour with a lemony edge. Bubbly and persistent.

Olfactory phase: herbaceous and aniseed fennel, typical of the Verdejo variety, between sharp touches of green apple and citrus.

Tasting phase: pleasant passage, medium acidity that recalls citrus and green apple aromas. Pleasant carbonated sensation.
